The only thing I don't like about this bakery is that it's 45 minutes from my house! I stopped here on a whim while traveling across Atlanta for an errand. I was craving a good croissant, so I looked up bakeries and found FAD Classic, with 5 star reviews. Even though I had passed it on my journey, the pictures and reviews convinced me to turn around and give it a try.
Upon entering, there were 2 other customers ahead of me, both of whom were greeted by name and by hugs by the owner. There was an instant hometown friendliness in the atmosphere.
When it was my turn, the owner and helper (I wish I would've gotten names) helped box up lots of goodies. I mentioned it was my first time here, and I could tell the owner was so thrilled to have me there. She gifted me a brioche roll, which I promptly took a bite of and LOVED.
Once back on my way across town, I tore into the chicken pie (OMG amazing) and the coconut croissant (to die for!) Once home, my kids tried the cookies and devoured them. They were begging for more, but unfortunately, my dog also thought they were delicious and grabbed them off the counter.
I also got a sliced loaf of classic bread and a bag of croissants that I can't wait to try today.
I will find a way to get back here because this place is legitimately one of the best bakeries I've been to.

My first time in I was welcomed by the owner! She is so sweet and I got a sourdough loaf and baguette. This was hands down the BEST baguette I have had ever!!! She even gave me a couple samples of her other pastry’s a hot cross bun and bun bread they both were so yummy! I can’t wait to go back I’m going later today for another baguette! 🫶🏼🥖🥐💞

The girl running the place was super knowledgeable and friendly. I forgot to take photos but will definitely go back. The pineapple Danish was awesome. My husband loved the lemon one. A bakery that doesn't skimp on fillings. A+++++

Came here for a too good to go order and was blown away. This place deserves so much more business.

This is a great little gem of a bakery. Sometimes you just want a real pastry (not one from the grocery store, Starbucks or Panera) and this is the place to get it. I have tried a variety of items (meat pies, croissants (the coconut version is my fave!), loaves, etc. and they have all been super fresh, absolutely delicious and you can tell made with love and care rather than just pulled out of a freezer to "bake". They even recently started BOGO deals and when I went today it was turnovers. 2 huge turnovers for the price of one! They even said they just started serving coffee. No seating but a great place to pick up treats. Definitely check this place out!!

So, I haven't been yet. I was on a long walk and saw this little cute place in the cut. Of course, anything that says "Bakery" is going to catch my eye because Cake is King and Sweet is that Thing! Anyways, I decided to call in for H.O.O., see if there was coffee, and find out what seating was like. The person who answered the phone... gurl... I could feel her welcomingness (its a word today) dominating the 5g. She was so sweet in her explanation and expectation! With no promise of me coming in, she engaged me as if I was sitting there in her actual face patronizing her establishment! Now I HAVE to go, man! So nope... I don't know if her baked goods are good, but she sure seems to be and so I'll be going to vibe off of her good vibes soon!

I've driven pass this place a gazillion times and I've always said "I'm going to check them out!" Well today was that day and I'm sooo upset! Upset that I didn't check them out sooner. I got the pumpkin spice loaf and almond croissant. The loaf felt so soft in my hand that I had to unwrap it the minute I got in the car. I pinched a piece off, hence the missing corner and my taste buds did a mini dance break. I had to force myself to wrap it back up because half of it wouldn't make it home. I was able to hold up and not bite the croissant, but I was tempted. Oh sooo tempted lol. If you're in the area stop in!

I recently visited FAD restaurant and as we were leaving, the owner recommended trying their bakery, which happens to be closer to my house. I decided to check it out and was blown away!
The bakery is beautiful - new, neat, and well-organized. The two staff members greeted me with warm smiles. Although it was my first time, they offered me samples of their bread to help me decide what to try. I didn't take them up on the offer as I was in a rush, but I did end up buying 3 meat pies, a classic Agege bread, and a chocolate bread.
When I got home, my husband and I tried the meat pie and it was amazing - not oily and perfectly baked. I'd give it a solid 10! The bread was soft and delicious, and the chocolate bread was a hit with my kids - they devoured it!
I'm definitely going back for more. The bakery has earned itself a regular customer!

Just visited the new bakery at FAD—such a cool vibe! The people are warm and welcoming, and the baked goods are absolutely delicious. A great spot to hang out and enjoy something fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!
